Tanpa disedari, minggu kelapan telah pun melanda di depan mata dan kebanyakan pelajar telah balik ke kampung masing-masing bersedia untuk menyambut hari raya. Dengan seikhlasnya, saya mengucapkan Selamat Hari Raya kepada rakan sekalian dan En. Amran selaku pensyarah SMP2252. Walaupun hanya sedikit pelajar yang menghadiri kelas pada hari tersebut, tetapi pembentangan Kumpulan M.I.N.D.A. syabas sekali. Kepada mereka yang tidak menghadiri kelas tersebut amatlah rugi kerana telah terlepas peluang untuk menyaksikan pembentangan yang begitu baik. ^.^
Kumpulan M.I.N.D.A. membentangkan tajuk Menora iaitu drama tari dan menora adalah perkataan baru bagi saya walaupun pernah disebut-sebut dalam kelas En. Amran. Menora yang berasal dari Songkla, Thailand adalah dimainkan mengikut agama Buddha di Istana. Menora juga dimainkan di kuil sebagai upacara keagamaan. Kedatangan Islam ke Tanah Melayu tidak membenarkan menora dimainkan di Istana kerana persembahan menora membawa unsur lucah. Maka, menora telah dibawa ke tanah melayu telah diubahsuai dan tidak mengandungi unsur lucah agar boleh dipersembahkan di kalangan rakyat.
Pembentangan pada kecopong untuk membezakan sama ada kecopong Siam ataupun kecopong melayu adalah begitu jelas dan bagus membuatkan para pendengar begitu mengambil perhatian kerana saudari yang membentangkan kecopong mempunyai suara yang lantang dan jelas.
Alat muzik yang terdapat dalam permainan menora adalah satu geduk, sepasang canang, satu Pi Nai, dua gedombak, satu cerek, dan satu kesi.
Model yang menunjukkan Gerak Tari Masuk, Gerak Tari Burung Kinaree dan selainnya adalah begitu mantap dan cantik posturenya.
Persembahan cerita menora di akhir pembentangan begitu baik dan syabas diucapkan kepada kumpulan M.I.N.D.A. Semua pendengar telah memahami dengan jelasnya tentang jalan cerita menora. Tahniah diucapkan sekali lagi kepada kumpulan M.I.N.D.A. kerana membentang tajuk menora dengan baiknya dan mempunyai persediaan yang baik.
